Flipside provides a number of help options within the app.

The first is an onboarding tutorial you'll be presented with the first time you launch the app, which teaches you the basics of how the major features of the app work.

The second option is the tooltip toggle on the controllers. Press the Tooltips button on the left hand controller to toggle the tooltip visibility. If you're on SteamVR, press and hold the Menu button for 2 seconds instead.

Lastly, Flipside features a series of tutorials accessible via the main menu.

Step 1. Press the menu button on either controller and choose Help from the main menu.

Step 2. Click on any of the help topics in the column on the left to open that topic.

Step 3. Click the Next or Previous arrows to follow along as you go through each tutorial.
